Refund policy

• Return: We promise that all jewelry shipped before the warehouse end and packaging end of the double quality inspection, each shipment by hand wipe clean treatment before packaging. Therefore, if no quality issue, once the jewelry is sold, will not be able to apply for a refund.
• Exchange: Due to differences in different display carriers, the physical object may be different from the picture. If the style you have purchased is not the desired style, please initiate the exchange process within 7 days after receipt of the goods, you can choose to replace the original purchase price of the same jewelry or to make up the difference in the price of the purchase, each purchase can only apply for a maximum of one exchange.
